Finding the right Employees and Hiring in general is hard and because Generation Z is using Memes like the following in their Resumes, it's even harder: 🫣🙃

But this week, during a random Youtube run, I found a piece of Gold.

This is the type of person you need in a great Business. But watch carefully and listen to his words: 

He talks highly about the owners because they give him Responsibility & Freedom to try new thing. Having great employees is not just a One-Way-Street, we all know this.

But this video is great evidence for how it should be. Professional but also Fun. 

In addition: This Old Fashions look way too good to not get thirsty on a Thursday.

ChatGPT, Bard and all the other crazy AI-Matrix-Stuff are stunning examples what Humanity is capable of to invent. But with like all new Tech and Innovations, we need to think about the up and downsides as well.

Like all Humans, even Technology made by Humans, can have the same flaws we all have. So it is important to watch out and adjust.

The Fight of the Throne in this AI-Show is getting more intense that this old "Game-of-Something"-Show ever was. So be prepared for new future Sequels.

I believe especially in Europe is so much more Room for B2B-Problems to solve via smart creativity and great process automation. 

Just think about all our wired laws in Europe and our Language "El-Dorado". This is real opportunity.

Come on man, its illegal to name a Pig after Napoleon in France!  😅 (Just to name one crazy Law)
