# 1 - 🚀 Why "Just Start" is still the best Advise out there... 🏃‍♀️

Ten Weeks ago I had a silly Idea. Why not start a personal Newsletter. Of course I had the same mind games about all the thoughts which you think of right now.

"Not another fucking Newsletter." "There are too many out there anyway." "There are so many dead emails at the graveyard of everyones inboxes everywhere." "Why in this world people should listen to you?" And so on...

I will tell you the reasons in the next Chapter...But please, this is maybe the most important Advise of all time:

If you ever find yourself in that same Situation thinking about a Project you may want to do...

10 Issues & 10 Weeks later the machine is running and I already learned so much new Things. Expected Stuff like how to set up a Newsletter in the first place, but also unexpected Stuff like writing is really helping your Thinking, Storytelling and Communication.

Why Getting Started is More Important Than Succeeding

Being the best isn't required to be happy, but being in the game is necessary.

I really can tell you, the best thing I did about this project here, was not second guessing anything and just starting to write. But this is also why I chose this project. It costs me nearly nothing and trains my ability for other bigger Projects too. So just start my friend.

# 2 - 🎯 The Target - European Entrepreneurship 💶

Writing 10 Issues helped me a lot in terms of new Ideas. Not just a bit. The beauty about just start and not second guessing is, that you already have 10 to 20 new leads on how to make your project better after starting out.

Also a great trick for starting out is to manually pick your first Customers/Subscribers and ask them for their opinions on stuff they want to hear more of. Like I ask you all the time.

Talking to customers is one of the most important Skills of every good Entrepreneur. Thanks to this & just starting, I got a lot of Feedback from you.

So here is a little List of what you can expect from me in the future of this Newsletter:

The Main Target is to help European Entrepreneurs to learn more about Business and getting better as a Builder every week, in less than 5 Mins. 🇪🇺

  • Fun Parts like the Twitter-Box and new Parts as well.

And of course other cool Stuff you want to hear more of.

But talking of getting a better Entrepreneur, here something useful for you...(enough talking about myself)

We talking a lot about how to have a good start in starting out, on this episode today...So let's continue that and listen up to this golden Nugget.

Before starting a business you maybe should ask your Mom first, if you listen to this man by the name of Rob Fitzpatrick.

If you never heard of the Mom-Test before, please please please then buy his Book or watch a video about Rob.

His easy but genius Idea is, before you start to put a lot of work & money into a project, go and talk to your potential Customers first.

This book should be common knowledge for every entrepreneur out there. If you follow this Advise and the Blueprint of the book, you will never run into the "Product Trap" again. (Investing 3 Years into a Product without getting Customer Feedback)

So reading this thread is a Must and maybe the 5 well invested minutes of your career...

I had the luck to meet this guy last year and what a blast it was. Rob is maybe the funniest but also most introvert guy with more than 1 Million Books sales in Business. And boy, I tell you following this blueprint makes you straight up to one of the best Performers in your company.
