I believe you even get more surprised, if I tell you that ARM and their Technology is powering almost certain the Device you reading this Newsletter on…

Do you use a Phone? (Android or iOS doesn‘t matter) A Tablet? Or a M-Chip MacBook?

If Yes, you are using the ARM-Technology right now. Because ARM is a Chip-Architecture for running high energy efficient Tech. This is used in nearly any new Mobile Device currently on the Market.

This is why your Phone, Tablet or new MacBook are able to run through a whole Day. Otherwise we would have to charge our Daily Tech every 4 Hours…

So you may recognise, this Technology is widely used and extremely powerful. (even Intel and AMD are thinking on switching to ARM 😶)

ARM is the living Proof that you don‘t have to be in the Silicon Valley or China, to rule the World with great Tech-Innovation.

Currently ARM is planning the most followed IPO of the Year in the next Weeks. But this is of course no financial Advise! (this is still a Business Newsletter 👩‍💼)

ARM is a Banger. And Europe was always a big Hub for Innovation. Especially in Tech. Just think of the first Computer from Zuse.

Surprising Fact: Apple‘s M-Chips-Series is mostly designed by their Munich Office. We do have great Engineering Knowledge at the old Continent too and shouldn‘t be afraid of the Competition…

Last Week we talked about how to „Crossing the Chasm“ (Link) and overcome the Gap between your Early Adopters to the Mainstream Customers…

But of course I would not be your favourite Domi, if I can’t bring you a second Opinion and a new Method…

Therefore, I want to introduce you to Andrew Chen, the famous Investor of A16Z and former Rider Growth Lead at Uber.

Andrew found out, during he was leading the Uber Growth and helping other Founders to grow their Startups, that there is a Cold Start Problem for every new Business. (especially for Marketplaces 💩)

A real important Topic…

Consequently, I recommend you his Book „The Cold Start Problem“ and his Blog.

Because if you want to be successful you have to ask the following Question…

„How can I get enough Customers for the long Run?“

This is maybe the most important Thing you have to Answer in your Career. (to bring in the big Bucks for you at least or get a promotion)
