# 1 -👩💼 Female Entrepreneurs of Europe… STEP UP 🇪🇺
In the last Years, there is more and more Evidence that Women are maybe the even better Founders, Leaders and Operators. This shouldn’t be a surprising Thing… (We all know, that Men are too weak to give birth… 😅)
So to all Women out there:
Believe in Yourself and don’t led the Old-Men-Society push you down.
And to let you know what’s possible for Female Founders in Europe, here a List of the best Exits in the recent Years…
Women make up 52 % of the total European population. But only 34.4 % of all Self-Employed and 30 % of all Startup Entrepreneurs in the EU. So there is Room for more…
In Addition, here is a List of the 100 most influential Women in Startups and Venture Capital. A Person I want to point out on the List is Alice Bentinck from the UK. I met her in the Entrepreneur First Program, were she is a Co-Founder of. A cool Person which is showing how the right Values and Direction can shape a big Career in Entrepreneurship.
# 2 - 🏄♀️ Gloria Bäuerlein: Leading Female Entrepreneurship 🛳
Like everyone of us, also Female Founders need sometimes a Role Model or a great Example. This is why I want to introduce you to Gloria Bäuerlein.
Please don’t be discouraged if you learn more about her stunning CV…
She started to work at Morgan Stanley in London, followed by being Principle at Index Ventures (a real good VC) and continued at several Startups as Operator. On the Side she is a Board Member at the German Startups Association and had some Angel Investments in the past.
Already impressive…
But most recently, Gloria founded her Solo-Early-Stage-Fund named Puzzles Ventures, with the Size of 21.5 Million €. And she is still under 40. (🫠)
I told you, Gloria is a great Role Model for Women in Tech and Entrepreneurship. Her CV also proofs how important it is, to build strong Networks and being bold in your Opportunities.

I know Gloria because she’s from my Hometown Area and she helped me after University with some Career Advise, in a short Call. (I am still thankful 🙏)
But in general, she shows what Female Leadership and entrepreneurial Thinking is about. This is why I brought her here into this Issue. To inspire you.
Just do your Thing and you will be successful on the long run as well… And you definitely don’t have to be a Men for this. 💪

But Chris is also a cool Example for how Men can support Woman & Female Founders in their Careers. (If you need Ideas how you can help too, give him a follow)
Most of the Founders which are backed by Venture Capital are Men. (Not really surprising) So to grow the Numbers of Female Founders and de-risk their Startups, we still need more support here.
So if you ever meet Female Founders which are looking for VC Opportunities, send them the following List. In Addition, all these Leads can be great Options for Advise too.

I want to encourage you, if you a Female Founder or a potential One. Visit Programs, Events and Meet ups for Women. Thanks to lot of good People, there are many Options in many different Cities in Europe now. Use these Opportunities…
One Reason why Men have “supposedly” easier Access to Capital, Advise and the Alike is, that they have great Networks. So build your own strong Network is important…
