# 1 - 🍫 Chocolate from Switzerland 🇨🇭 (or why we need a new Era of Growth)

It's always a good Idea to listen, If the legendary european VC Klaus Hommels speak up some words on the Stage. 

Like Gandalf for Frodo, Klaus has always some interesting thoughts to help us understanding how the Forces of the current "VC"-Middle-Earth, are spread & work behind the curtain.

If you don't know him, he's one of the most prolific Venture Capitalist in Europe and invested early in AirBnB (European Roll-out), Spotify and Skype. (for Gen Z People, It's like Zoom)

His Keynote in a Nutshell... Klaus thinks, that we need a new Era of Growth in Europe to not loose our Position against other big markets.

His Advice... use the Run for sustainable ESG-Solutions to start a new industry in Europe.

I think we need to listen to him for the better and worse... Europe is losing enormous amounts of Cash Flows in the digital Space to America and Asia. To sustain a good future in Europe, we need to adapt.

# 2 - The rocky Road to Hiring (...this Time not Dublin) 🇮🇪

Hiring is one of the hardest, but also most important Jobs, you may ever find on your List of Chores.

Is there any way to make that easier? Maybe not....But at least we can get some great Advice from our Brother-Couple from an other Mother. 

Patrick & John Collison of Silicon Valley's Stripe got famous for some cheeky but resourceful ways to grow a Startup fast.

One of that ways is, how they are hiring the best Talent even in hard markets like the Bay Area. Just give them a try and listen...

I think the two Boys from the Eire are unreal Thinkers and showed that Maturity & Experience is not everything you need to succeed. Just Google Collison-Installation to believe me.

You know the drill, AI here..., AI there... at least it will make life easier for us.
